Multi-channel Remote Firing Device is the major equipment used to have optimum safety distance for multi-initiation of charges when the explosive/demolition charges are required to be initiated by remote initiation method. The initiating system consist of a master control unit and multiple slave units. An electric detonator is att with the slave unit which is placed near to the pt of initiation. It is located approximately 40 to 60 meters away under cover to protect it from the shockwave and shrapnel effects.
